Groomingenix was founded by Ms. CMA Kanika Agarwal, a glittering jewel in the field of her academics on the month of November 2021.

Owing to her excellence, she is an Associate member of
the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India. She is having a diverse & vivid knowledge of more than 6 years within the sphere of financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, accounting, auditing, finance & taxation.

Currently working with Accenture as a controllership financial analyst, she took up a very noble deed to nurture & groom young and dynamic jobseekers thereby undertaking their placements in due course of time.

In the initial phase of her career, she worked as an intern with firms like Chittora & Company and Mohata Baheti & Associates being well exposed to various spheres like accounting, costing, finance, direct taxation, indirect taxation and auditing.
